Pros

Getting started with it was really easy, both from the business side and from the client side. My clients really appreciate how simple it is to book or cancel appointments. I also absolutely love being able to set up class schedules, personal training sessions and choose which instructor each session is assigned to. Another big plus is the support from the app's creators, they respond quickly whenever something needs fixing. They're also very patient when the issue turns out to be something set up incorrectly and you can't work out why it isn't functioning properly. This app has honestly been excellent.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind right now. I've been genuinely very impressed with it.
