Pros

After spending two months evaluating PHPKB, we decided to purchase a self-hosted license and it has been a very good choice. The salesperson was incredibly helpful and even assisted us with configuring our server so it would meet all the installation requirements. We have been using it for more than a year now and are completely satisfied with it. I would confidently recommend PHPKB as the best value-for-money knowledge base software for both internal and external use.
