“User-friendly interface”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface felt simple to use. The client support has been excellent and their team clearly takes both the user's experience and the marketer's perspective into account. The event on 8/13 was very informative and the team was attentive throughout. I also really enjoyed the meeting space since it felt modern and comfortable.

Pros
Working with this platform has been really simple and the campaigns are excellent. After participating in an event, I noticed a clear increase in reviews on my products. I honestly just wish I got picked more often because I really enjoy being part of their sampling programs.
Cons
The reviews do come at a high cost but that seems to be just part of how this works.

“simple review control tools”
Pros
Using it has been very simple. Looking up reviews is quick and if we don't agree with a published review and need to unpublish it or publish it again, that process is very simple too.
Cons
A few fraudulent reviews still slipped through from people who hadn't actually used the company especially when they didn't include any obvious trigger words and just left a low rating. That said, we were able to have those reviews removed pretty quickly.
