ProsperStack Features
Customizable Cancellation Flow
The software allows complete fine-tuning of the offboarding experience to match your brand's voice and style. Users can design the entire cancellation journey, including presenting personalized offers and exit surveys, all through a powerful, intuitive interface without needing developer intervention.
Targeted And Personalized Incentives
This feature enables the creation of sophisticated offer rules to present the right retention strategies to the right subscriber at the optimal moment. Incentives can include coupons, trial extensions, subscription pauses, or plan changes, all dynamically applied through integration with your billing platform.
Dynamic Experiences Via Customer Segments
Streamline decision-making by configuring sequential or parallel approval stages for various business processes. Reviewers receive notifications directly in their workflow, allowing them to approve or reject items with a single click, which drastically reduces the turnaround time for critical operational tasks.
Exit Surveys And Actionable Feedback
The platform incorporates conditional survey questions and steps within the cancellation flow to collect valuable data on why customers are leaving. This data is then surfaced through robust reporting insights, enabling product and marketing teams to identify savable subscribers and make data-informed improvements.
Comprehensive Retention Reporting
The software provides detailed analytics into your churn metrics, including offer acceptance rates, deflection success, and a real-time look into cancellation reasons. This reporting allows users to analyze performance across customer segments to maximize the effectiveness of all retention strategies.

“wonderful customer success team”
Pros
One of the most valuable parts for us was catching customers right when they were about to cancel so we could either present a targeted offer or learn more about why they were leaving. Both of those insights are extremely important for Beli as a subscription-based ecommerce business. We were able to see retained revenue and a clear lift in customer LTV. The dashboard is simple to work with and does a very good job highlighting how the feature affects revenue and retention. On top of that, their onboarding and customer success team was fantastic and partnered closely with us to build and test strategies so we could get the most value from the feature.
Cons
We really did not run into any drawbacks with it.
