Pros

It's been really useful for market research when I'm planning future campaigns. The platform gathers data from all over the web and handles the analysis for you which saves a lot of time. I can also generate a variety of charts and graphs from that data to include in reports. On top of that, it can evaluate sentiment and emotion which adds another layer of insight.

Cons

The biggest downside is the price since this software is quite expensive. It also has a steep learning curve and it took me a while to really figure out how to use it properly. There have also been times when it failed to pull in data and I had to reach out to customer support to get things working again. Another limitation is that some of the graphs don't offer as much customization as I'd want.
