Packed with great features

Pros

We started using Pypestream before many of its advanced features were available. Once live their services team made the migration smooth and easy, helping us transition from keyword based scripting to advanced NLU. The results were the best and I was impressed with how little training data was required. Also it is a great product with highly skilled experts at Pypestream. The OOTB call center experience was also excellent as it provides exactly what we needed.

Cons

When we started with it there was not a developer UI. Also working with files took a bit of time for my team to learn. During our partnership we worked with Pypestream to design a more intuitive user experience. I am excited to see what is been developed since then.

Simply perfect

Pros

Pypestream software is simply amazing. Both our staff and customers found it easy to use. In late January we upgraded the virtual assistant to include an option to escalate to a live customer service representative and we could not be happier with the tool. The best thing is that our customer satisfaction scores have also skyrocketed.

Cons

We have no issues with the software. Both our customers and staff are very satisfied with the tool.

Great for business users

Pros

Building a basic bot is really easy with it and there are plenty of helpful resources and documentation on general features. I really like the staff too as they are knowledgeable and supportive and the tool deploys quickly. Also it is simple enough for non technical users to start developing. The team is proactive, eager to receive new feature requests and dedicated to making the software more user-friendly.

Cons

It is difficult to control access and currently, there is no way to restrict publishing new chatbots, so any developer in our company could publish to any of its chatbot. Plus the out of the box reporting and analytics features are not very comprehensive but they are improving over time.

Cons

Well it is not a complaint but I would like it more if it provides real-time access to a detailed heat map.

Satisfied with our choice

Pros

The integration with DocuSign has been a major win for us as it makes our document signing process far more efficient and streamlined. This will significantly reduce the time it usually takes for forms to be mailed, signed and returned.

Cons

The only issues was that it seemed to require a lot of work from our IT team on the back end systems. This might not be a problem with the software itself but perhaps our existing systems are complicating things more than we expected.

Customizable product

Pros

What I love most about Pypestream's bot is its flexibility as it can integrate seamlessly with a wide range of platforms and APIs. They are always adding new features and so far, they have been able to customize solutions for nearly every business need of ours. Plus if you have a vision or want the bot to automate something, Pypestream will most likely be able to make it happen 9 times out of 10.

Cons

It has come a long way since I first started using it and many of the features I felt were missing have now been added. For example the ability to add or modify keywords in the NLU solution was a big improvement, although it is still somewhat technical and requires proper training. Some clients might not want that level of control but if you do, there is definitely a learning curve. Also while it allows for detailed tracking, the data and reporting system could use some improvements. I believe they are working on adding more sophisticated and real time dashboards but that is one feature I think could still be better.
