“Helpful playback controls”

Pros

The playback speed controls are really useful and I appreciate the visual markers tied to subject headings because they make it easier to follow the different parts of a conversation. The bar graphs showing conversation volume are also a nice touch since they clearly show when there's silence and when there's active audio.

Cons

One thing that doesn't work as well is the limited character count in the agent comment field. It makes it harder for agents to fully explain their side or properly dispute something when they need more space.

“Solid reporting”

Pros

Getting around it is simple, the reporting works well and the data is presented clearly.

Cons

I'd still like to see more reporting options added, along with AI features that are more affordable.

“reporting is the worst part”

Pros

call recording helps keep past calls saved for future reference.

Cons

aside from call recording almost everything else about it has been disappointing. reporting is especially bad, the worst I've come across. exporting reports to Excel also needs to be improved so the data comes out in a proper table instead of linked worksheets.

“Lets agents monitor their progress”

Pros

It gave me a clear view of where agents needed coaching. I was also able to share a guide with target keywords so they could monitor their own progress.

Cons

Some calls were transcribed incorrectly which caused frustration when agents knew they had mentioned the right markers but still got scored lower because of it.

“Superb for agent monitoring”

Pros

Every day, I rely on it to keep track of my agents and it's very simple to navigate. It also does a really good job of helping my agents better understand their calls.

Cons

Everything has been excellent and I honestly don't feel like anything needs to be changed.

“Poor reporting”

Pros

It gives us a baseline to work from and helps start conversations around phone hygiene. That ends up creating coaching opportunities and helps us improve the customer experience.

Cons

The reporting side is really bad. I eventually stopped reporting unfair low scores because nothing ever got corrected. Some of those grades are completely unreasonable and make my team look worse than it should.

“Missing key investigation tools”

Pros

It's useful for parsing calls, reviewing performance and scoring teams.

Cons

Investigation side feels pretty limited. There are no scrubbing controls to fast-forward or rewind, no visual timeline to show where interactions happen versus silence and no transcript. It also lacks bookmarks, whether automatic or manual, to mark strong or weak moments in a call. On top of that, there's no way to clip and export audio for training, compare agents at specific parsed parts of a call or highlight keywords.

“all evaluations in one place”

Pros

Accessing all my evaluations is very convenient and simple.

Cons

Would love to see more graphics added since that would make it even better for all supervisors.

“clean but very basic”

Pros

The app keeps things wonderfully simple which is honestly one of its best qualities.

Cons

It isn't packed with features though. It's pretty basic but it still gets the job done.

“Powerful Qa toolkit”

Pros

Running QA on a project with it really requires someone who knows how to explore the platform well. It includes pretty much everything needed but you have to dig around a bit to locate all the features.

Cons

The calibration section isn't working properly and the training videos there don't play either.

“Limited reporting”

Pros

It can record calls and score them from the call queues set up by the admin.

Cons

There's basically no practical user configuration option to improve call monitoring accuracy and the reporting feature feels rigid and limited.
