“Faster offboarding with Raaft”
Pros
It has been a fast and dependable way to cut down customer churn and reduce the time spent managing offboarding. The setup was simple, support was quick and professional and I really appreciated being able to customize it so it matched our brand.
Cons
The technical documentation felt a bit unclear in places but a quick conversation with support cleared everything up right away.
