“Clear and simple interface”

Pros

The interface is really good, very easy to understand and users have no trouble working with it.

Cons

I have nothing to complain about especially since I only use the basic parts of the tool for what I actually need.

“Reliable filtering and ad security”

Pros

Using it has been easy and dependable. The filtering works really well and the Active Directory security is excellent.

Cons

It would be even better if it included two-factor authentication and supported automatic updates.

“Fast transfers”

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is that the licensing cost stays low because it is not tied to a subscription model. The connections are quick and file transfers happen at an impressively fast speed.

Cons

A noticeable limitation is that there is no support for MacOS, iOS or Android devices. I also ran into problems on later versions of Windows Server, where sending CTRL-ALT-DEL to remote servers stopped working because of security changes that the application never addressed.

“Powerful secure remote access”

Pros

Compared with other remote access tools like RDP, TeamViewer and AnyDesk, it stands out for its strong security and fast performance. Using 256-bit AES protocol, it keeps remote sessions secure and protects the data being transmitted across the network. It also works with VPN solutions like it VPN which lets users connect to remote computers securely and privately through a virtual private network. On top of that, it includes plenty of features that make it a very good fit for business environments, such as connecting to multiple remote computers at the same time and securely sharing files and folders. It also supports remote server administration and file transfers across the network.

Cons

One limitation is that it only supports Windows. That is a drawback for technicians like us who also work on platforms such as Linux or macOS. Not having support for those systems can lead to a less integrated user experience.

“dependable tools for daily work”

Pros

Once the initial setup is done, using it is very easy and dependable. It comes with a great range of tools that cover everyday work really well.

Cons

Getting it ready for remote control over a PC on an external network does require some technical know-how. You have to configure port forwarding on the router as a one-time step and if you don't have a static IP address, you'll also need a dynamic DNS service. I'd also like the option to set up a private/public key connection instead of relying only on password authentication.
