Pros

At first, it seemed like it would boost my clinic's visibility on Google Maps. That turned out to be nothing more than an empty promise and I ended up paying a high price both financially and in terms of visibility.

Cons

They showed a serious lack of business ethics. They came across as unreasonable and aggressive and their overall conduct felt highly questionable.

Pros

Using it has been simple and it delivers quick results when it comes to increasing the number of positive reviews.

Cons

I haven't run into any real downsides yet though the left-side menu could use a bit of refinement especially the link anchors.
