Pros

Really excited to see this product take the best parts of Halp and bring them back in a Slack-first experience. Real-time ticketing directly from Slack messages is a huge plus the emoji-based workflows are a fun and practical touch and the built-in gen-AI features that can automate team replies make it even more compelling.

Cons

It's still in the early stages so I'm waiting to see it mature more for larger teams and more complex workflows. Still, I'm genuinely looking forward to how it develops.
