simple updates and usability

Pros

Getting started with the product was very easy for me and changing or updating messages is a simple process.

Cons

The only downside I've run into is that customer service can involve long hold times whenever I have a question about the product.

Appointment reminders that work

Pros

Keeping my clients on top of their appointments has been really simple and getting their responses back through email has worked out very well for me.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing about it that we dislike.

automatic reminders but limited control

Pros

I really like that the reminder messages are sent automatically so I do not have to handle anything myself once it is set up.

Cons

Frustrating part is that when something goes wrong, I cannot fix it on my own and have to call or email someone for help. For example, if the automatic reminders do not go out that day, I have to contact it and ask them to send them manually. Sometimes that does not even happen in time because I do not realize the reminders failed until the next day when I see it in the report. On top of that, I cannot send longer texts so I end up breaking them into multiple messages. My current system also is not compatible with the advanced version or whatever upgrade allows larger message options.

Reminder calls work beautifully

Pros

Setting up and integrating the it feature was really easy and I've found it very convenient to use.

Cons

One thing that could be better is having to log in every time just to reply to text messages.

helpful calendar integration

Pros

It connects nicely with my Google Calendar and sends basic text message reminders which was exactly what I needed.

focused features that fit perfectly

Pros

One thing I really like is being able to use the specific feature I need without having to deal with a bunch of other tools I don't use.

Cons

A frustrating part is that clients frequently get confused and reply to the text reminder number instead of my main number, even though the message tells them which number to use.

handy scheduling and control

Pros

Getting started with it was very easy for me and being able to cancel scheduled messages later on is a really useful feature.

Cons

Text limit is a downside since it doesn't allow enough words. I'd like to include more details in the messages.

Pros

Pros

patients love the reminders

Pros

Starting with it was incredibly simple and day to day it just works without any effort on my part. I find my patients are showing up and even expect their reminders now.

Cons

Only annoyance is having to change my password to access the software but that's due to the system I use, not this product.

Appointment reminders that deliver

Pros

Sending appointment reminders is very easy for me and I use it for exactly that purpose.

Cons

Every now and then, the system sends a reminder to a phone number that isn't in our database. It's rare though, only around 2 or 3 times a year.

quick setup and helpful support

Pros

Setting everything up was easy and making changes has been simple with help from the support team whenever I needed it which I really appreciate.

Cons

Great tool but the only downside on our end is the 3-hour time difference when reaching support but most issues aren't urgent and can usually wait.

Reliable patient reminders

Pros

The software has been very reliable and replying to patients is easy for me. I also really appreciate the reminder confirmation feature and I find customer service is always easy to reach when needed.

Cons

The only downside is the character limit on text messages. It would be better if longer messages could be sent or at least split automatically into two separate texts.

Quick setup

Pros

The startup was quick and the layout made it simple to move around and update anything whenever needed which I liked.
