I've found using it very easy and setting up different kinds of reminders for our various locations and client groups is simple and convenient for me.
Cons
Reminder message length is restricted. Clients can also reply with more than just the requested "C" or "P," and there isn't a convenient way to view their full response. It would be better if the reminder only allowed responses limited to "C" or "P."

using this tool was really easy for me and using it has been just as simple. It's also very client-friendly which improves the whole experience for the people booking with me.
Cons
One thing it still doesn't do is write back into my scheduling software so I have to confirm appointments manually. Because of that, clients can sometimes create extra work on my end by essentially doubling the effort for my business.

it was very easy, the setup didn't take much time and it integrates really well with the software I already use.
Cons
Using the software hasn't been difficult at all but one limitation is the text length available. It would help to have a bit more space to customize certain reminder messages. Another downside is that after a text is sent, there's no way to go back and view exactly which message was sent. Being able to see the specific texts delivered to our clients would be really useful.

I really like that the reminder messages are sent automatically so I do not have to handle anything myself once it is set up.
Cons
Frustrating part is that when something goes wrong, I cannot fix it on my own and have to call or email someone for help. For example, if the automatic reminders do not go out that day, I have to contact it and ask them to send them manually. Sometimes that does not even happen in time because I do not realize the reminders failed until the next day when I see it in the report. On top of that, I cannot send longer texts so I end up breaking them into multiple messages. My current system also is not compatible with the advanced version or whatever upgrade allows larger message options.
