It comes with a wide range of features for remote desktop use. Beyond connecting to a desktop remotely, it also works well for file transfers and remote printing which makes it a very practical all-in-one tool.

I've been using it for over a year and have been very satisfied with the software overall. There's still some room to improve the speed of certain tools but it hasn't been a major issue for me.

Getting started with it is very easy and having a free trial is a big plus. The setup process is simple the website provides a lot of useful guidance and support is consistently available. Between the online screenshots and the support team remotely logging into your PC when needed there's plenty of help throughout the process.

My only real complaint is that the free trial is limited to 14 days. With all the vendor management due diligence involved especially around monitoring and IT, that timeframe feels too short. It makes it difficult to fully understand how the system will perform across the entire organization so you end up testing it on a smaller scale first and then deciding whether to commit completely.

One feature I appreciate most in this software is being able to check the health status of any PC I can access through the command center.

After dealing with another remote access tool that kept failing on random machines almost daily, switching to this has been a huge relief. It has done exactly what it promises for the past month and I use it every single day without issues.

Really good value for the price. Installation is easy, taking control of a client's PC is simple and the monitoring capabilities look very promising.

A few competing products are a little faster when remotely controlling a PC or server. It would also help to have an option to hide the password during installation through a deployment rule. Auto-hiding it and preventing users from stopping the software while it's running would be a nice improvement.
