Pros

Our reps and customers are able to locate the information they need which has helped improve deflection rates and reduce TTR. They're also rolling out gamification and the NetSuite integration is a big plus. At our user conference each year, a lot of customers talk about how much they appreciate being able to find the answers they need.

Cons

The reporting side is pretty limited because the web interface doesn't give access to extra fields even in the detailed usage view. The reporting UI also feels outdated. Navigation can be frustrating too since it often leads from link to link with minimal filtering so you already need to have a decent idea of what you're trying to find.
