Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how well it connects with Okta and lets us grant tool access through an approval workflow in Slack. That has made the whole process much more efficient. I'm also excited about the continued expansion into new tool integrations because it gives me a lot of confidence that it will have even more value and use cases going forward. Getting everything set up at the start was incredibly simple too and it delivered a positive impact almost immediately, taking less time than a typical call to get connected.

Cons

It would be a big improvement if our agents could handle even more directly inside Slack instead of needing to jump over to another portal. I'm also looking forward to the point when our internal customers can choose which team they want to send a request to.
