Pros

After checking it out, I have to say it's pretty impressive. The AI is incredibly capable and feels like having a coach right there during sales calls. It points out upsell opportunities and gives real-time guidance which is really helpful when you're trying to boost sales.

Cons

On top of that, the Salesforce integration works extremely well. It automates a lot of the repetitive work like recording calls and transcribing them which takes a lot off your plate. That makes it much easier to stay focused on customer conversations instead of getting stuck doing paperwork. I have not faced any issues.
