There's no multi-visit pass option and no proper gift card support. Even though the system lets customers buy gift cards, they can't actually use them to pay afterward. That, along with several other basic features that are essential in 2023, is simply missing. Customer support isn't helpful either, they agree the software is outdated but nothing gets done about it.

Pros

It has been a really solid cloud-based system for my business, with a lot of useful features and strong benefits. It handles appointments, staff, inventory, payroll and customer records all in one place and it also includes online booking, automatic notifications and POS functionality. Setting it up was simple thanks to the configuration wizard which walks you through the customization step by step. The platform is also simple to navigate, the design feels dynamic and I really appreciate how much I can personalize it, from adding my business logo to choosing the colors shown for services.

Cons

It's a very complete tool and I haven't run into any issues with how it performs or operates. Overall, it has definitely been worth the small investment I made in the service and I'm very satisfied with it.

Using it for my sports massage practice has been a really positive experience and I would absolutely recommend it to others. Whenever I have questions, the chat support responds very quickly. If something is a little more complicated, they are happy to set up a call and take extra time to explain everything clearly. I was also deeply touched when they sent me a bouquet of flowers after my mother suddenly passed away on the very day my practice was supposed to open. It was completely unexpected and I truly appreciated such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you for that, it meant so much to me.

This is a really capable program with plenty of options and the customer service has been excellent. I'm very happy using it. Having a Salonized app would make it even better.

I'd really value the ability to schedule clients further in advance like setting repeat appointments every 2 weeks for example. A proper app would also be a big improvement.

Getting a full month to try it for free made it the perfect way to find out whether it matched what I needed. I've been really impressed by how well the program works. It fits my salon branch very well, feels practical, is simple to use and the customer support has been wonderful. I'll definitely keep using Salonized after the trial month.

One of the best parts of using it has been the support behind it. It gives me real peace of mind knowing so many things are taken care of automatically like confirmations, reminders and payments. Clients have even complimented the professional look and feel of it which says a lot. I can confidently recommend it to anyone.

Such a practical program to work with. During the startup, there was plenty of guidance, both by phone and through the chat inside the software. Responses come quickly sometimes even on weekends. Every now and then there's a small issue with the software but they address it right away. I honestly wouldn't want to work without it. They even imported my entire customer database into the system without any problems.

Really pleased with this software. The fact that I was able to try it free for a month already says a lot. At the moment I'm mainly using the billing system and creating invoices has honestly never been this fast. I can clearly see what needs to be ordered and always know my current stock levels. I truly wouldn't want to work without it!

Everything in this program runs very quickly and the whole system feels user-friendly and simple to work with. On top of that, the helpdesk is very helpful, easy to reach and responds to questions fast. I'm extremely satisfied!

It pretty much covers everything you need, from appointments to a client database, sales and service history and even inventory. On top of that, the customer support is honestly the best I've ever dealt with.

I'd love to see a few upgrades like loyalty points and automatic birthday reminders instead of having to check those manually.

Pros

Running my business has become a lot more efficient with it and the simple online booking system has helped me attract more customers. No-shows have dropped significantly, if not disappeared completely, thanks to the reminders that are quick to set up. On top of that, the automatic reports have cut down my admin work a lot. There are still a few extra features that could make it even more convenient but since Salonized is clearly still developing, I expect those improvements will come soon.

A few additional features would still make Salonized even more convenient to use but the platform is clearly still being developed so I'm expecting those updates to arrive before long.
