Pros

Right from the start, the interface feels very clean and well organized. It's compact, user-friendly and simple enough for a new salesperson or any consultant to pick up without much effort. Compared with other CRMs on the market, this would easily be one of my top choices or at least a strong competitor. Overall, I'd recommend it any day.

Cons

At the moment, I haven't come across any major issues with it. If anything could be improved, it would be adding more functionality around sending bulk emails at once and stronger WhatsApp integration.
