“integration works beautifully”

Pros

Connecting it with ServiceNow creates a really convenient experience on both sides, for the end user as well as the technician.

Cons

The minimum buy-in is far too expensive which basically shuts small and medium-sized businesses out.

“Helpful video calls and status tracking”

Pros

Video calling makes things much easier to understand and the assignment and status features are genuinely very helpful.

Cons

Nothing negative comes to mind right now but I'd still like to see the direction they take moving forward.

“amazing remote support”

Pros

I really appreciate how it manages remote devices in a non-intrusive way without leaving traces behind. When used alongside Tanium, it drops in a small agent at the start of a session and then removes it once the session is over. It also comes with a great set of shortcuts to troubleshooting tools, plus a useful chat window and a handy interface.

Cons

I haven't come across anything I dislike about this product.

“Chat card integration issues”

Pros

The out of the box feature set is fairly great overall. Options like turning screen sharing on and off are useful and the integration with Salesforce is a nice plus.

Cons

Getting it integrated into our chat card came with a bunch of programming issues, plus we ran into disconnects whenever switching screens. On top of that the background feature still does not work for us at all and only the blur option functions properly. Support has also been pretty disappointing when it comes to resolving the background problem and I keep having to follow up after being told they would respond in a day or two, only to still be waiting a week later.

“simple client connections”

Pros

Connecting with clients through it feels very easy and the platform is really simple to use during those interactions.

Cons

At times though it doesn't display the Salesforce logging option right away and it can take a few hours before that appears and lets me log it.

“Salesforce integration done right”

Pros

Having Salesforce case integration and single sign-on through Salesforce built in has been the biggest win for us. Those are easily our favorite features and make the platform much more convenient to use day to day.

Cons

Every now and then a few glitches pop up and we have to refresh the page or hit the browser's back button to get past them. Since the issues aren't always consistent or easy to reproduce, tracking down a fix can be pretty difficult.
