It automatically categorizes data intelligently, identifying brand names, key aspects, issues, customer feedback and more. For a specific project, we created 300 unique categories, and that was done pretty quickly. Also it supports multiple beauty brands within the same study like tracking buzz share, offering deep and comprehensive data collection and analysis.
Cons
Nothing major. It just took me some time to get used to the software but the support team was really helpful and guided me through the process.
