Pros

Pulling in testimonials from places like LinkedIn and Trustpilot is such a big help. It saves me from having to manually type everything out for my business which makes the whole process much more convenient.

Cons

Honestly there is not much for me to complain about. If I had to mention one thing, it would be nice to have multiple form templates to choose from. That said, you can still create your own so it is not a major issue.
