Simplify is great

Pros

Loved all the things Simplify360 can do. It's easy to use and helps me manage my social media efficiently. Also seeing data in real time is a huge plus. It has everything I need for my social media management.

Cons

One thing I really didn't like about it is that there aren't many advanced customization options for the softwares interface. I'd love to be able to tailor the experience more to my specific needs.

Best omnichannel solution for large companies or growing startups

Pros

The best features of this tool for me are: 1) The content creation tool with templates and the ability to schedule and publish across multiple platforms. 2) It saves a ton of time by automating workflows and tasks for content management and social media. 3) It's great for managing multiple social media platforms and reviews all in one place. 4) They have tons of useful APIs, like the review management tool that offers customer sentiment analysis and CSAT scores. 5) The custom support chatbot has been super helpful in generating more leads.

Cons

Haven't actually noticed any cons so far but if they could implement machine learning algorithms for review management (besides sentiment analysis), it could really help companies improve in different ways.

Great software for creating amazing customer experiences

Pros

Simplify360 does a great job of bridging the gap between customers and brands with its AI enabled live chat, video call interface and social media listening features.

Cons

it is a fantastic tool!!! no real drawbacks, issues or bugs! I highly recommend it.

It's a one-stop solution for CRM teams

Pros

The support team is so reliable, always quick to resolve issues. It's super easy to track tickets, assign tasks and the user friendly interface makes everything simple. There's also a ton of reporting options and performance monitoring is a breeze. It works well even at low internet speeds and the queue management is on point.

Cons

As of now, there's nothing that stands out as a downside.

Managing online reputation effectively

Pros

Team is fantastic! always available to help and we work together so easily. The team management system is top notch and there's full accountability for all processes and projects.

Cons

It would be great if the team had more awareness of the latest ORM trends and could add more capabilities for handling more complex social responses.

A good listening tool, but social analytics could use some work

Pros

It's been super helpful for managing ORM queries and responding to them quickly.

Cons

The tool does not have a special app or mobile device compatibility, which is a bummer. Also some brand related queries like Instagram DMs used to get missed. The tool also doesn't show social insights in reports, which are often quite different from the data shown in the social panels.

A comprehensive tool for ORM, content, reporting, and social listening

Pros

Been using it for almost a year now and it's one of the easiest tools I've ever worked with. The standout feature is their customer service they're always open to feedback and super quick to implement changes. It's an all in one tool for any social media manager.

Cons

The Twitter tab could use some improvement. There should be an option to reply to each message in a thread especially when customers are spamming.

Amazing CRM software especially for handling social media inquiries

Pros

It's so easy to manage work baskets, edit profiles, add users and generate CSV reports. Plus, the dashboards are really helpful for tracking team and organizational performance.

Cons

It do have a CSAT survey but it's not very exhaustive. It'd be great to have a more robust CSAT tool for capturing feedback, especially from social media.

A simple and innovative software that gets the job done

Pros

The best part about Simplify360 is its easy-to-use UI. The new platform is simple and makes data visualization a breeze. Also, their detailed Excel export helps you gain deeper insights.

Cons

I really can't think of anything I dislike about this software. They're constantly developing new features to keep clients happy.

Affordable and easy-to-use social listening tool

Pros

Incredibly user-friendly software, from the setup process to handling daily ORM tasks, you get real time data from Twitter and other platforms with almost no downtime, even during peak hours.

Cons

While its not a dealbreaker but I think the data reporting could still be improved a bit.

Excellent tool for tracking individual conversations

Pros

It's simple, not complicated at all, customizable and provides insightful reporting. There are plenty of built in dashboards that make it easy to generate reports.
