Pros

Having booking and invoicing built into the same system is really helpful for a service-based business because it makes it possible to charge for reservations and send bills for services in one place. The invoicing side is easy and simple to manage which keeps admin work fairly manageable.

Cons

Where it falls behind is in the invoicing export and reporting tools which just are not very powerful. The payment integrations are also limited and a bit awkward to work with. PayPal is the one option that functions well but it is not really the standard for corporate businesses even though it can be a practical fit for smaller service businesses like beauty providers or personal trainers.
