“Gives me immediate feedback”

Pros

One feature that really helps is the recommendation tool which shows how coworkers handled objections that I couldn't overcome. It gives me immediate feedback and practical ideas on how I can improve my approach.

Cons

It drains my phone battery while I'm out in the field and it also requires a lot of data to upload everything.

“Better coaching with Siro”

Pros

After years of trying to get our sales reps to record themselves for coaching and training, this tool has completely changed the way we handle it. We used to struggle not only with getting people to actually record but also with having to sit through all the unnecessary parts of the audio just to find the moments that mattered. It has really transformed that process for us and made it much easier to listen, respond and adjust our coaching in ways that better support our team and help them succeed.

Cons

At this point, I really do not have much negative to share, mostly because the upside of the tool has been so significant and we are still fairly new in the implementation stage.

“Worth the investment”

Pros

Having managed door-to-door reps for 5 years, I never really had the time to be out in the field coaching every single person. There just were not enough hours in the day to personally train lower-performing reps and my time usually made more sense spent with the top performers. Even when I did go out and shadow reps in person, my visibility was limited because they were naturally trying to be on their best behavior and show me their strongest version while asking for pointers. Using it changed that. Now I get to see real behavior and the habits that consistently contribute to weaker performance especially because reps often forget they are being recorded. It has also helped with productivity since they know recordings are happening so they are more likely to stay on task instead of sitting in the car watching a movie or doing something else. It has been a major cost saver for our door-to-door program and absolutely worth the investment. On top of that, the Siro team has been attentive and supportive and whenever something comes up, they resolve it quickly. We have our entire setting team using the app and we rely on it constantly for training and for better insight into what is actually happening in the field.

Cons

A few things could still be better. One improvement would be stronger audio amplification so wind, sirens and other background noise could be filtered out more effectively while keeping the focus on the actual conversation. Another issue is battery drain since it can use up a device pretty quickly. The low data mode can also be frustrating because recordings will not upload until it is turned off or the phone connects to Wi-Fi which makes it harder to give people quick feedback. I would also like the desktop version to work more like the mobile app especially by breaking up the conversation between the rep and the customer instead of showing the transcript as one huge paragraph. It would also help if the desktop version allowed audio feedback in comments the same way the mobile version does. In my role, it would be much more efficient if I did not have to keep switching back and forth between desktop and mobile just to use the features I want.

“sales coaching made better”

Pros

After 11 years in d2d sales, one of the hardest parts has been finding enough time to shadow both new and seasoned reps at the door and give useful feedback. It changed that by letting me review 10-20 or more pitches a day like I was right there listening live. Every conversation is transcribed so I can both read and hear the pitch and objections are clearly highlighted and flagged throughout. It's also really simple to leave feedback tied to exact moments in the pitch.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a downside. If anything ever does come up, the team has been very responsive and open to feedback.

“Smart pitch sorting and bookmarks”

Pros

This software has been really impressive. I'm genuinely blown away by how accurately it goes through our pitch and bookmarks each section individually.

Cons

Some small glitches show up from time to time but the team is always quick to respond whenever we reach out with requests.

“Saves a lot of time”

Pros

Being able to listen to your sales reps while they're out in the field is a huge advantage. It saves a lot of time since there's no need to do ride-alongs with all the downtime between decision-makers. The team can also improve their sales skills by listening to how others are selling in this tool. On top of that, you can send voice memos to them while they're actively out working in the field.

Cons

The biggest challenge is getting the team comfortable with adopting and consistently using something new.

“Amazing insights”

Pros

At first, I assumed hearing myself talk back would be dull but it quickly turned out to be incredibly useful. It helped me catch major insights and notice tone shifts I really needed to work on which I honestly wouldn't have picked up on without it. At this point, I completely stand by it, it's been amazing.

Cons

Every now and then, I still run into a bug. One example is when I'm on a phone call for more than three minutes, as soon as I hang up, the Siri recording stops and I have to start a new one manually.

“Quick support”

Pros

Listening back to recordings has been incredibly informative and really supports growth. It helps us spot exactly where we can improve and the insights are useful for setting the right pace and guiding conversations in a way that customers understand better. It also helps show how much control we should maintain during an appointment. Another big plus is that supervisors and leaders can leave comments with specific feedback on what needs work. Their customer service team also responds to requests very quickly. On top of that, the platform is simple to use, easy to roll out and feels fluid in everyday use.

Cons

Android optimization still needs work because the app sometimes closes on its own. As good as the app is overall, there have also been several times when recordings seemed to delete themselves. My assumption is that the Android version is not as optimized as the Apple one.

“wide range of features”

Pros

Recording and replaying sales conversations with this tool has been incredibly helpful for spotting mistakes, improving tonality and understanding where conversations can go better. The interface is very user-friendly which makes everything feel natural from the start and it fits into my daily routine without any hassle. Another big plus is the customer support, they've been excellent whenever needed. Since I started using it, it has become part of my everyday workflow and the number of features it offers makes it even more valuable.

Cons

Honestly, there's not much to complain about. It has been excellent so far, with a really user-friendly interface and a setup that makes it simple to use.

Pros

It's part of every sales pitch I run. I rely on it to keep my team accountable and it's been a big help for training as well. The analytics are incredible and have really helped both me and my guys keep advancing in our sales careers.

Cons

Any time a bug comes up, their team fixes it fast. I really don't have any complaints.
