a Real-time Live Chat Solution

Pros

Communicating with customers via live chat on Smartsupp is super fast and simple.

Cons

The only minor issue is the lack of offline access which the vendor should address.

Lacks sufficient access management features

Pros

The speed of responses and the ability to communicate directly with customers is highly valued by our customers.

Cons

There is no customer service uptime management and the number linked to the account must be compatible with WhatsApp. There's no option to link a professional number that uses a different tool.

Not recommended!

Pros

Avoid this! I'm completely disappointed with the pricing and the limit of 100 chatbot uses per month which makes this module practically useless compared to more affordable and effective alternatives like Br**o.

Cons

Price changes during the contract and limitations on usage are really problematic for us.

So far so good

Pros

The add-on was easy to deploy on my e-shop and the initial setup was pretty simple.

Cons

The product is expensive and there are only a few video tutorials to guide users on how to use the product.

Pros

I can connect and communicate with customers through one single tool (Smartsupp) including both Facebook customers and those from my website.

Cons

I can't integrate different sites or domains that are part of our business.

I appreciate the user-friendliness of this app!

Pros

The ease of implementation and the excellent design and scope of this app make it stand out from the competition as it aims to meet every need and desire.

Cons

The free plan is too restrictive! I wish I could afford to make Smartsupp free for everyone. I would even pay millions if I could to give full access to anyone forever!
