There are quite a good things about this tool, i have to mention that the representatives are reliable and consistently polite always providing friendly service whenever we need it.
Cons
Since we cant always connect with the same person, the service can sometimes feel inconsistent. However it is still generally good.

One thing that really stands out about Smith.ai is its customer service. They are always clear, thorough and easy to understand in every interaction. Whether it is with our onboarding specialist, Daniel, our account executive, Andrew or even the support staff, we have had great experiences. Their responses are always quick and it is clear they communicate effectively not just with clients but also with each other at backend
Cons
We have not found much to dislike so far. I expect there might be some challenges ahead as that is just how things go but based on my experience so far, I trust the organization will be able to resolve any issues that come up.

“They have the best receptionists ever
Pros
This platform handles all of our incoming client calls and after hours calls. they also help guide traffic to our website and to some extent assist bilingual callers as well.
Cons
The team is always professional and represents my firm in a very vigilant way. Even when dealing with difficult callers they stay positive and leave a good impression on our potential clients.

They are always polite and quickly schedule appointments on my calendar. If I just need a quick answer or some information they even follow up with return calls to make sure everything is covered.
Cons
