“Texting feels outdated”

Pros

The only upside for me is counting down to the day my contract ends so I never have to deal with them again.

Cons

Even something as basic as sending a text message feels really old-fashioned, like working in DOS back before Windows existed.

“Powerful messaging and lead tools”

Pros

From personalized messages to bulk campaigns, this software covers a lot of ground. It lets me schedule messages for the right time, target specific keywords and use detailed reports to track and analyze results properly. Automated replies are also very helpful and the lead generation and lead management features add a lot of value.

Cons

I faced a few frustrating parts while using it. I've run into technical glitches at times and the page does not always update on its own so a manual refresh is needed more often than it should be.

“affordable SMS with strong engagement”

Pros

Compared with channels like TV or radio, SMS marketing is much more budget-friendly and the pricing here is competitive as well. The open rate is excellent, with SMS typically reaching around 98% so it works really well for customer communication. It also lets businesses customize messages by adding customer names or other details which helps make outreach feel more personal and can boost engagement and response rates.

Cons

There are still a few limitations to keep in mind. SMS only allows up to 160 characters which makes it harder to share more detailed or complex information. There's also the risk that customers may see marketing texts as spam and choose to opt out which can hurt the business-customer relationship. On top of that the tracking and analytics are fairly limited so measuring how well SMS campaigns are performing can be difficult.

“Costly message failures and fees”

Pros

Text messaging is definitely a powerful channel and their platform did give me great control over who received messages. Updating recipient lists through uploads was fairly easy and simple to manage.

Cons

Several campaigns I sent through their platform failed to deliver and there was no warning or alert to let me know. The failures were not caused by anything on my end which made it even more frustrating. When I asked for credit for those failed messages the amount they offered was far below what I considered acceptable. I ended up losing thousands in sales because I had no idea the messages had not gone out. To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel the account, I was told there would be a $600 early termination fee. I had signed up more than two years earlier but the contract had auto-renewed without any notice or approval from me. Definitely something to watch out for.

“weaker support”

Pros

I think what really works well is the automated response feature since it sends replies quickly and keeps things moving.

Cons

Customer support still needs work especially when it comes to resolving queries right away.

“Powerful messaging automation”

Pros

One of the best parts is how it automates responses and lets me send texts and messages to a large audience with a single click. The personalized messaging is especially useful and the whole messaging process feels much more structured. I also appreciate the lead, campaign and contact management features, along with the chatbot. On top of that the customization and integration options are genuinely helpful.

Cons

A few parts of the system still need to be handled manually which takes extra time. Uploading lists can also be inefficient at times. Another inconvenience is that the page does not refresh automatically so I have to manually reload it to see new messages.

“Helpful automated messaging”

Pros

Text messaging functionality feature is really great especially for connecting with customers in a more personalized way. It's very effective for business use and the ability to send automated messages saves a lot of time while improving overall efficiency. The platform is also user-friendly and easy to navigate which makes it simple for businesses to work it into their day-to-day operations.

Cons

Interface is user-friendly and simple to navigate so businesses can incorporate it into their daily workflow without much trouble. That said some customers may be hesitant to share their personal phone numbers with businesses which raises understandable privacy concerns.

“Fantastic setup”

Pros

Right out of the box the setup felt nearly perfect. Compared with a lot of SaaS tools we've used before, this one needed very little customization to get up and running and the support/customer success team handled everything exceptionally well. The response time was even faster than what I usually get from our own internal IT team.

Cons

Salesforce syncing has been a little finicky at times but I'm fairly sure most of that comes from our heavily customized Salesforce configuration rather than the product itself. Even so the workarounds are very minor and everything still gets logged and stays trackable.
