The first thing that stood out to me was how simple yet distinctive the software feels. The color theme looks excellent, makes the important information easier to read and helps save time. The layout of the images and visuals is also very well organized. Another big plus is that the reviews provided look authentic and well presented. I've also found the monitoring tools and dashboard features especially useful. On top of that, options like video reviews and Google reviews make it a broad and really valuable platform for collecting feedback.

Getting started as a first-time user, the review request key was not very easy to locate. It also takes a while for updates to appear on the main site or the monitoring page after changes are made. The dashboard could use some improvement as well especially to make navigation clearer and more user-friendly.

It was really simple to use and the setup process was simple. The support team walked me through everything quickly and they were also very friendly and pleasant to talk to.

The only challenge was having my website company add the widget to my site but that issue was on their end rather than with the software.

Requesting reviews through it works really well. Because the ask comes from a third party instead of directly from us, it doesn't feel like we're personally pressuring customers to leave a review. It's also simple to share those reviews on our social media channels.

Most people just tap the stars and move on without writing an actual testimonial in their own words about the problem they had and how we helped. People reading reviews usually want more than a star rating, they want the reason behind it, what we did to deserve those stars. We want that detail too since it helps us understand what we're doing well and what still needs improvement.
