Knowledgeable and consistent support

Pros

Everyone on the team we work with is consistently responsive and clearly knowledgeable. If someone is out of the office, another person always steps in to help. My colleagues have consistently shared positive feedback about this tool and their interactions, telling me they've had really good experiences with the product and support.

Cons

These issues are pretty small overall but they do exist so I'm bringing them up here. One improvement I'd like to see is at least some phone support, even if it's only during limited hours. Also, we had two renewal calls with the CFO that felt a bit off, the first call surprised me because the email had said it was just to hear about our experience, not a renewal and during the second call there seemed to be technical glitches which are understandable but disrupted the conversation. I remember thinking that while our day-to-day team gives true white-glove service, those CFO calls didn't match that same level. They are minor annoyances, yet somehow I can't quite shake them from my mind.

Good value, personalized help

Pros

it provides excellent value for money. The personalized support is fantastic, both the specialists and the account management team are very responsive. My colleagues and I have had an overall very positive experience using it.

Cons

there's nothing specific to complain about, payroll management is often a bit tricky but they're actively working on ways to make it less tedious and more aligned.

Simplified leave workflow

Pros

One thing I really like about it is how much they've simplified our team's leave workflow. They respond quickly, show genuine care and patiently walk both employees and HR through each stage of the process. That level of attention gives me peace of mind knowing the details are taken care of so we can concentrate on supporting our people.

Cons

Occasionally I've noticed payroll leave plan updates can be tricky to manage, particularly around intermittent paid family leave rules. We're optimistic that upcoming improvements will include clearer instructions and tools to help us untangle these tricky situations, making it much easier to navigate the more complicated parts of the system.

highly recommended!!

Pros

Our team gets simple support, guidance and white-glove service from this tool for both employees and admins. They offer considerate, compassionate help while respecting every person's circumstances. Payroll management is invaluable when I am juggling so many day-to-day tasks. Overall, 10/10, I would definitely recommend it to any company!

Cons

When one of our leave specialists departs, it really hits us, I understand it can't control turnover but they've become part of our team, so a promotion or resignation definitely makes an impact.

Concierge guidance, flexible pricing

Pros

I'm really impressed with the concierge-level support they provide to both administrators and employees. We also value the flexible pricing model and the consultative, advisory approach they use to guide us on leave matters, compliance, policy development and best-practice recommendations.

Cons

The only improvement I can point to is a single nice-to-have feature, I'd like to be able to see more detailed information about how much eligible leave time an employee actually has available, rather than only viewing what they've already taken.

Improved employee leave experience

Pros

Using it gives our employees a much-improved experience when it comes to handling leave and I appreciate that it brings expertise in areas my team lacks.

Cons

I noticed a few hiccups as they worked to become experts on matters from the Colorado perspective but I feel they have responded to our concerns with genuine urgency.

Better communication and collaboration

Pros

A client using this tool experienced a noticeable improvement in communication and the overall employee experience and I appreciate how the team keeps me informed about every leave and collaborates closely with payroll.

Cons

Honestly, nothing negative to report! They're a pleasure to work with and I only wish I had discovered them and teamed up with them earlier.
