“Incredible customer marketing platform, but way too pricey!
Pros
Great data inputs, the ability to organize and analyze my data and it amazingly provides rich insights over time. Customer service and setup support are amazing, plus the tool handles both incoming and outgoing digital and social content.
Cons
I would say it's price! It's way too expensive!!!!!!. Otherwise not much to complain about.

Cons
Some users have said that customer support isn't always helpful and sometimes it takes a lot of time to export data or reports. Also the interface can be a bit complicated to understand.

The channel coverage is absolutely incredible. The UI allows business users not only just technical ones, to manage journeys, which is exciting.
Cons

The reporting level of detail is fantastic and once the initial setup (which is pretty simple) is complete, it's easy to use. It's more in depth than most social media reporting tools I've tried.
