“Flexible alerts and clear navigation”

Pros

Navigation and search are very easy and it supports both positive feedback and concern reporting. I also appreciate the flexible settings for deciding who can view alerts.

Cons

I'd still like to see deeper integration with Moodle LMS especially around analytics and faculty progress reporting.
