Pros

The price is low and it does include many of the features we need.

Cons

Customer support has been terrible. Since the team is based in Serbia, help is only available very early in the morning and not during the day in the US. The software feels very complex and doesn't always work properly and customers often complain that they can't log in. The interface looks outdated like it hasn't been updated in years and it's not very appealing. Integration is okay.

Pros

Getting a WiFi system up and running with this is pretty quick and I can manage each guest's usage whenever I need to. The part I appreciate most is the analytics available after guests disconnect since they give helpful feedback on whether people were actually satisfied with the service.

Cons

Another thing that's been a plus is being able to try the free trial without having to enter a credit card. I haven't had any issues with it.
