Pros

From day one, this software has been an excellent choice. It's tough to sum it up in just a sentence or two because there's a lot to appreciate the support is outstanding the sales team never comes across as pushy and everyone involved, from top to bottom, has been incredibly helpful. The product itself is powerful while still being simple to get up and running and use day to day. They keep improving it over time and it's become something we rely on daily while still finding new ways to get more value from it. It also integrates well with the systems we already use. Honestly, this may sound overly positive but it's genuine. This was the first software I recommended at my new job and at this point it's pretty clear nobody regrets that decision.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. If I had to point to something, I'd say the help center could occasionally be more useful than it is.
