Booking through this site is quick and dependable, whether I'm scheduling for myself or handling reservations for clients.

One downside is that someone can still make a booking even if there's no money available on their card.

If I have to book from this tool, it has been really convenient. My hairstylist and makeup artist both use it for scheduling appointments and handling payments and the app is very easy to use. One thing I especially appreciate is that it securely saves my credit card details for future visits so I never have to worry about bringing or forgetting my card. On the appointment day the payment goes through automatically from the card stored in the app which makes the whole process even more convenient.

Cons

Everything is great and I don't have any complaints about this program. As a client, it does exactly what I need it to do and it has worked well enough that I've even recommended it to other stylists I know.

Using it feels very easy and I really appreciate that people can book directly through the app.

The only downside is that it used to be free and now you have to pay to use it.

Easy to use platform and booking appointments is quick to set up, payments can be handled right in the app the stylist reviews are really helpful and it's convenient being able to find a stylist pretty much anywhere.

Haven't run into any issues at all. Everything has been working well for me though a lower decline fee might be nice.

This has been a pretty recent find for me and I've already been using it a lot to book all kinds of appointments. It's very simple to work with and I really love that it sends reminders and confirms appointments automatically. Really excellent product.

Getting clients through this service is a huge plus. You can search for services in your local area and it works really well as a marketing tool.

A few things are frustrating, you can't rearrange photos the price went up from $0 a month to $35, people have to create an account just to view a profile or book with someone and add-ons have to be listed as a separate service instead of a sub-service.

A stylist I worked with used this to manage every appointment and lay out all of her services and it worked really well. The platform feels reliable, does exactly what it should and the built-in client reviews are a big plus since potential customers can read them before booking. Overall, it's a fantastic tool.

Having this in place has been extremely convenient for both my clients and me. They can book appointments and check availability from almost anywhere, whether they're on their phone or using a computer. On my side, I can clearly see exactly what they need done which helps me organize my schedule better so everything runs well and everyone ends up happy.

Almost nothing negative to say about it from my side. The only thing I really wish is that all of my clients would use it exclusively.

Being able to quickly find my stylist, check her prices and see her availability is something I really love. I've been going to the same girl for years so it's so convenient to just hop on and book an appointment instead of trying to reach her by phone and interrupt her day just to schedule.

The only issue I had was when I first signed up. For some reason the app logged me in as a stylist instead of a customer and that made it really confusing because I couldn't view the calendars the way I was supposed to.

Back when I was using it as a hairstylist, it was simple to set up my profile and put together a service menu. These days I only use it as a customer and one thing that still stands out is how helpful the customer service has been.

Cons

I ended up stopping as a stylist once they began charging professionals to use the software. At the time the cost just didn't feel worth paying.
