“amazing review monitoring dashboard”
Pros
Keeping up with reviews is much simpler with this software and responding to them is just as convenient. The dashboard does a fantastic job of bringing all reviews into one place for monitoring and the interface looks polished while staying very simple to navigate and understand.
Cons
I haven't come across any downsides with this software so far, everything about it has been excellent.
