“Valuable phone lookups”
Pros
Being able to look up how a phone number is actually being used is incredibly valuable especially when combined with the more static details. The overall risk score also helps a lot because it gives a quick read on whether there are any red flags.
Cons
The reports, insights and website interface aren't exactly state of the art but since they don't get used very often, it's not a major issue.
