Amazing product! So Easy to use!

Pros

It's very userfriendly and the support team is responsive and helpful. It does more than expected and has made programming and client follow-up easier.

Cons

No issues !! we enjoy using it. The automation and shortcuts are very helpful and we haven't noticed any cons.

I had a great experience using it!

Pros

The experience has been positive, with Skylar from customer support being especially patient with someone who isn't very tech savvy.

Cons

Customer support is only available Monday through Friday, which is a limitation.

Incredible experience!

Pros

I've been testing this app since August 17th and received the best customer service from their representative. She has been incredibly helpful during the free trial, guiding me on how to send mass messages, add departments, and integrate the Textline number into Zendesk. I'm truly grateful for her assistance! After making the payment in September, she continued helping me with the integration process into Zendesk. Since our company has several brands, we needed different Textline numbers to be associated with each brand in the Zendesk tickets. they also assisted me in submitting the request to the support team and made sure it was completed successfully! We are now officially using the app, and it's been an amazing experience!

Cons

If a contact is already saved in the Address Book, it appears with the same information across all departments, but we need it to be separate for each department. The Textline address book (Email) is not synced with the Zendesk ticket information. And lastly the Customer support would be very helpful for overseas users, if phone support were available.

effortless mass texting!

Pros

The ease of preparing and sending texts to patients is one of the features I appreciate most.

Cons

I didn't like the initial setup because the rules weren't clear to me, and it took several weeks to resolve the issues I encountered before I could send a message. I also don't like not being notified by email or text when someone unsubscribes.

Pros

A great platform for utilizing SMS in our business

Pros

While the app is geared toward product support, it adapts easily to marketing, especially with the use of tags to target different groups. Tech support is always responsive and helpful.

Cons

Once you start composing an announcement, you must finish it. It would be nice to have the option to save it for later.

Expensive but keeps us connected 24/7

Pros

Textline is simple to set up and use, and it integrates seamlessly with existing CRMs. Sending text messages is quick and simple and creating group announcements is equally easy. For businesses working across different time zones, scheduling messages ensures continuous workflow, with responses remaining open until you're ready to close them. It's also easy to share between team members and both clients and colleagues have noticed an improvement in overall efficiency.

Cons

The updates are not always user-friendly, especially on mobile versions. There are limits on message input, and setting up contact lists for announcements requires some workarounds. The biggest downside is the price you pay for users, in addition to the text charges beyond the basic plan.

Life-changing!

Pros

I use it all day, every day, and it makes communication with leads so much easier. If you're in sales, you should definitely use this product.
