Customer service is excellent and the follow-up is just as strong. The team stays very organized, keeps track of every detail and works with you closely on everything from the simplest points to the more complicated ones.

Walk-in customers still need to be entered into the system instead of being handled like cash customers, where you can simply calculate the invoice and release the inventory right away.

Having everything tied together in one system has been the biggest advantage for us. It handles all parts of the business in one place, including inventory, invoicing, customer information and bank tracking. That setup makes day-to-day work much simpler and keeps us organized without having to juggle several different tools.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the time it sometimes takes to generate an invoice even when the Wi-Fi connection is stable. If that part could be made faster the overall experience would be even better.

It really covers everything you need and they keep adding new tools regularly which helps improve the overall support. Customer service is also consistently reliable and always there whenever you need assistance.

There are just too many icons and buttons on the screen. I really wish the interface could be customized so only the most important tools and icons are shown.

Whenever something comes up their support team jumps on it right away and fixes it remotely which saves a lot of time. On top of that they keep improving the software and regularly roll out new updates.

After spending close to a year searching for software that could actually match my business, this has been the one that finally worked. My jewelry business is highly customized so I honestly thought I would have to get something built from scratch but the team was incredibly helpful and customized everything to suit exactly what I needed. To put that into context, I needed a system that could manage my gem department, internal repairs and manufacturing, remodels, custom orders, valuations and appraisals, outsourced repairs, material balances, retail inventory and also tell me where products are at any given time. On top of that, I needed it to function as a point-of-sale system and let me submit figures for financial reporting. The 360-degree CRM for clients is also fantastic. I can keep track of everything about my customers even details like finger sizes, without having to rely on memory.
