ThinkOwl is the top choice for help desk and customer support. Also it has a user friendly, easy to use interface that makes everything more simple to understand for us.

Cons

Pros

AI features in ThinkOwl have been a huge asset to our support team. It handles routine tasks like sorting and forwarding tickets, giving our team more time to focus on building creative and innovative customer relationships.

Cons

Regarding reports I feel that the customization options available in it are somewhat limited. Also it is hard to get into fine details or create proposals that cater to individual needs because of the programs general format.

Pros

ThinkOwl has the fastest customer service I have experienced in my career. They offer smooth services for resolving customer problems, all made possible by their excellent AI tools.

Cons

Well I have not found any major issues with it but occasionally the software lags during a project. Other than that it is great. But the company should work to prevent this from happening.

The best part of it to me is how easily workflows can be created to manage various customer engagements. And it automatically analyzes customer interactions collected from multiple online channels.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about it. The only downside is that the initial setup including integrations as it takes some time but once that's done, it is relatively easy to use.

Plus it covers areas like help desk support, chat support, social media support and voice or non-voice support. Additionally it supports customer channels and workflow automation. Also they provide comprehensive training through webinars, seminars and personal sessions to help businesses fully leverage these features. It even helps businesses understand customer needs through complaints and feedback.

Cons

There is no mobile access as it's only available through the web which is a major drawback as per me compared to competitors that offer mobile web-based services. But beside this no other cons have been found.
