It has been very useful for keeping in touch with customers when I'm not available online.
Cons
The tool was a bit tricky to use initially. The learning curve was long for me. I also faced some computer security issues when using it with Wordpress as my security wasn't up to date. It's essential to maintain good security if using it with Wordpress. I later found a free security solution that resolved the problem.

Cons
I regret recommending this to my client. They were upset because they couldn't get help when they needed it. They use AI in their live chat but it couldn't provide answers and they couldn't reach a human. Emails went unanswered too. My client got so frustrated that they said, "I quit. Find me something else."�. it was quite disappointing.

The setup, configuration and all of the management of this app were hasslevfree. It fits well on our website and the WordPress plugin integrates effortlessly.
Cons
Their restrictive policy against using AI on a church website is a concern. We're a church site, not promoting violence or anything harmful. We just share event details, theology and media.
