“Lifetime value”
Pros
you pay once and keep using it for life, instead of getting stuck with a monthly subscription like Calendly and similar tools. I'm honestly over paying for software again and again. Also, it is very simple to get up and running and it connects nicely with my calendar and Zoom so when someone schedules a meeting, it all happens automatically. It also blocks out times I'm unavailable without me needing to manage it manually.
Cons
Support seems to be limited to a chatbot rather than an actual person so the few times I needed help, I ended up searching Google and reading advice from other users because the bot couldn't always answer what I was asking. To be fair, it did help sometimes.

“Integrates with Stripe and PayPal”
Pros
It stands out for being simple and efficient. The one-time payment model is especially refreshing because it avoids the recurring subscription fees that can quietly add up over time. Its integration with Stripe and PayPal makes billing feel much more simple which saves both time and unnecessary hassle for professionals. On top of that, it works well with Apple iCal and other calendar apps so keeping schedules organized is effortless. Overall, TidyCal is a very user-friendly tool that simplifies both scheduling and payments and it has become a really valuable part of improving professional workflow.
Cons
it has worked so well for me that I have not come across anything to dislike.

“Booking calls made simple”
Pros
Whenever I need to schedule time on my calendar, it is the only tool I use for booking calls with my mentees. I just set the available day and time slot and it handles the rest. At this point, I really wouldn't book calls without it.
Cons
An area where it still needs improvement is automatically adjusting time slots. With Calendly, you can enter one availability window and it takes care of splitting things up properly but it doesn't work that way yet. I have to manually create separate 1-hour or 45-minute slots. For example, if I add one block from 4-8 PM, it keeps showing multiple 15-minute slots if the meeting length is set to 15 minutes.

“unreliable sync”
Pros
Pretty simple and basic to use, with a simple setup that doesn't take much effort. It feels uncomplicated and accessible overall.
Cons
The biggest problem was reliability. It synced with my main calendar at first, then only occasionally and eventually stopped syncing altogether. I tried rebooting, resetting it, switching browsers, clearing the cache, using a different laptop and even testing it on mobile but none of that fixed it. In the end, it just wasn't dependable.

“Quick setup and promising features”
Pros
Getting started with this platform took almost no time at all. The setup was simple and I had everything up and running within minutes. It's been very user-friendly and I'm excited to start making use of more of the features it offers.
Cons
There's really not much to complain about but if I had to point out one thing, it would be wanting more control over customizing the overall look so it matches my brand more closely.

“Worth the price”
Pros
Just a week into using it and it has already completely changed how I schedule meetings. It saves me a lot of time and makes setting up appointments really simple. Compared with other tools in the same category, it feels unbeatable when it comes to pricing especially since I have the lifetime plan.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides. The only thing I'd still like to see is reminders sent a few hours before a meeting though that may already be part of their roadmap.

“Cost effective tool”
Pros
It feels like a really capable alternative to Calendly and it comes at a much lower price. The Stripe integration for charging for meetings is especially useful and works fantastically.
Cons
Setting up time slots for each weekday can be a bit complex. It would also help a lot to have a simpler way to block out holidays from the available booking days.

Cons
support for Brazilian payment methods such as Pix and bank slips would make it even better.

“Has all the features I need”
Pros
Compared with the bigger scheduling tools, it covers all the features I actually need. I also appreciate the extra design touches like text highlighting which help important details stand out a bit more. One feature I especially love is that each booking type gets its own calendar, unlike some other platforms and that's incredibly useful when I'm promoting different kinds of appointments. It's very simple to use, consistently reliable and the pricing offers amazing value.
Cons
I'd still like to see more native integrations. I currently connect everything through Zapier and it does the job but having those integrations built in would definitely be more efficient.

“Regular new features”
Pros
New features keep rolling out regularly and getting everything set up and implemented is quick and simple. The pricing is also quite low compared with competing tools.
Cons
Customization is still fairly limited and the options for showing your own branding either aren't fully there yet or just don't go far enough.

“Booking appointments made convenient”
Pros
Implementation was simple and the lifetime deal on AppSumo makes the value hard to beat. I embedded my scheduling page directly on my website which keeps visitors on my site and makes booking appointments really convenient for them. It also syncs perfectly with my Google Calendar so everything stays connected.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. The team keeps improving the product and any issues I noticed when I first started using it have already been addressed.

The interface is simple to use and everything works exactly the way I expect when I click through it.
Cons
There's only a very minor hiccup when someone reschedules through the original calendar app.
