Pros

One of the biggest advantages is being able to show pop-up videos based on the exact page a prospect is visiting which makes it much easier to present personalized use cases. It also works well for building customer journeys through video funnels and then placing the most suitable CTA at the end for each use case. Another benefit is that it can be embedded into outbound outreach which adds a lot of flexibility.

Cons

More integrations would definitely make it better. For example, if we want to track events in a custom platform like dreadata, we have to rely on the API.
