Our company's web pages are showing up more positively in search results and the platform was simple to get set up while still being cost-effective.

“Simple setup and launch”
Pros
One of the biggest wins with this tool is how easy it makes the review process especially for someone who isn't very technical. We introduced it across our stores and unlike most other integrations where people immediately ask for step-by-step guides, this one was basically just set up and go.
Cons
At the time of writing this review, I haven't had any negative issues or bad experiences to mention.
