“CMS integration and widgets”

Pros

Connecting it with our CMS was convenient and the customizable widgets are a really nice touch.

Cons

I'm still waiting for it to be recognized as one of Google's supported review partners. It would also help to have the option to customize email wording based on the star rating especially for the lowest and highest scores.

“Powerful review automation”

Pros

The email invitation deliverability is great and the A/B testing for invitations is genuinely useful. It supports both manual and automatic customer database uploads which gives some flexibility. The Google My Business integration is another strong point. I also appreciate the automatic replies with a pool of predefined texts, plus the automatic suggestions that appear while writing reviews.

Cons

The interface feels a bit difficult at the beginning although it becomes manageable once you get familiar with it. One thing still missing is the ability to receive a review summary by email since it currently only provides stats.

“Great design and team”

Pros

Using it feels very simple, customization is simple to handle and it looks really nice on the store. On top of that, the team behind it has been absolutely fantastic.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is that visitors don't have the option to hide the widget while browsing the site.

“Powerful widgets but confusing setup”

Pros

Right away, the customizable widgets helped put reviews front and center across my website which has improved conversion rates and given potential buyers more confidence. The mediation feature has also been incredibly useful for the occasional negative review since it lets me connect with unhappy customers and protect my online reputation. On top of that, the reporting and analytics are detailed and helpful, giving me great insights to make more data-driven decisions.

Cons

Getting around the UI/UX has been pretty difficult. The layout doesn't feel very simple or guided so it's often unclear where to begin or what step should come next. That confusion is made worse by the limited tutorial content because the available videos are short sometimes don't include voiceovers and in some cases don't match the current version of the product.

Getting this up and running was easy and the documentation is clear and helpful. It also offers good customization options which makes it flexible enough for different needs.

Cons

Company page settings could include a few more customization choices although what's available right now is still enough to get the job done.

“Helpful review collection”

Pros

After nearly two years of using it, collecting reviews has been really easy. On two occasions when I wasn't sure how to set up a feature, I reached out through chat and got help within minutes.

Cons

There are so many features and possibilities available that it can be difficult to fully understand everything the platform can do.

“Worth the price”

Pros

Since it first launched on AppSumo, I've been using it for my ecommerce business and haven't needed any other tool. It's absolutely worth the price and has made my review strategy much simpler and more centralized.

Initial setup is a bit complex at first.

“affordable Shopify integration”

Pros

Switching from a much more expensive competitor, the biggest win here was the Shopify integration which was exactly what we needed. It handles that use case well and ends up costing about 50% less than what we had been paying before. It also connects with Google and Facebook so being able to pull reviews from those platforms too is really useful.

Cons

The biggest weakness is definitely the UX and UI. It could also use integrations with more review platforms so reviews could be pulled and published all in one place. The interface just doesn't feel as polished as it should especially for an app that has been around for a long time.

“More trustworthy reviews”

Pros

Compared with TrustPilot, this feels much more reliable to me. While researching TrustPilot, I came across quite a few horror stories from users online which made me trust this platform a lot more.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints at this point. It's been excellent so far--I'd just like to see more customer reviews added.

“innovative review collection”

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how quickly it gathers high-quality reviews that are detailed, topic-focused and packed with relevant keywords, all thanks to the built-in clickable hint system. I can also create custom dictionaries for those hints and tailor them to my industry and to the way customers naturally talk about my products. I honestly have not seen another tool on the market that offers anything like this and it feels like a truly revolutionary idea. It keeps adding valuable UGC to my site every day and I also really appreciate the way those reviews are displayed through different widgets on my product pages, including customer photos.

Cons

At this point I have not come across anything I dislike about it.
