Pros

Deployment is quick and easy and the platform has been very reliable. Managing everything is simple and the Advanced Server Security adds a strong layer of protection. It also keeps costs low which is a big plus.

Cons

Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming for first-time users because of the learning curve. The mobile client also has room for improvement.

Getting started was quick and the security features are really impressive.

I honestly don't have any negatives to point out so it feels a bit ridiculous to be required to add something here.

Using the software has felt easy to manage and the support team has been outstanding--quick to respond and very helpful whenever needed.

My role is strictly on the support side so I'm not really an active day-to-day user. That said, from the administrative side, tasks seem simple to handle.

It's affordable and easy to use.

Cons

Sometimes there were bugs, like blank screens showing up for end users. It wasn't a frequent issue and logging in to end the session usually fixed it but it was still a bit annoying.

Using it is easy and the cost stays quite reasonable. The admin console feels simple and responsive so managing everything is quick.

Every now and then the client generator freezes although it seems like a random issue rather than something constant.

Very simple to install and use and overall very practical on a daily basis.

One small downside is printing which may require additional software if you want everything to work without hassle.

We run our job costing and accounting software mostly on AWS EC2 instances with Windows Server and it has been very reliable for us. The server OS management is easy and handling users and groups is simple to work with as well. One feature that really matters in our setup is being able to build client-side menus that give specific users and groups access to the exact software they need.

Cons

The software itself works the way it should overall but the licensing portal is not very easy to manage.

Pros

It gives you the feel of a full MS Terminal Server without all the cost and complexity. In a similar way, it delivers what Citrix ZenApps offers but without the high price or the extra hassle. The setup is so easy that it really makes you question why anyone would choose a more complicated route.

Cons

If you're managing several installations, the licensing portal can be a bit difficult to keep organized. That said, being able to add notes manually now has made tracking things much more manageable.

Pros

Getting this set up was very easy and we had it installed, configured and ready for users within a single afternoon. The interface feels simple and the built-in security is great. It also gives us flexibility to either provide a full remote desktop or limit access to specific applications. Those apps behave a lot like Citrix, appearing as if they're running locally on the user's machine.

Cons

Up to this point, we really haven't run into anything that would qualify as a major issue. Everything has been working as expected and the server has required very little maintenance on our end.
