Getting started with this product was easy, from the installation to using it day to day and the customer service has been excellent. The console is also clear and simple enough for someone without a technical background to understand and use in a way that really helps them.
Cons
Have not come across any real downside. The only small thing I could mention is that you may need to be a little computer-savvy to fully understand every feature and aspect the program offers.

Right away, the support team impressed me. They responded to my ticket incredibly quickly and they even brought two technicians into the support session to help resolve the issue.
Cons
I didn't run into any issue. The whole support process felt efficient, well organized and professional from beginning to end. Each troubleshooting step was explained clearly and the team fixed the problem without any delays, complications or setbacks. Overall, the experience went beyond what I expected.
