“Easy setup and support”

Pros

Getting started with this product was easy, from the installation to using it day to day and the customer service has been excellent. The console is also clear and simple enough for someone without a technical background to understand and use in a way that really helps them.

Cons

Have not come across any real downside. The only small thing I could mention is that you may need to be a little computer-savvy to fully understand every feature and aspect the program offers.

“Fantastic support response”

Pros

Right away, the support team impressed me. They responded to my ticket incredibly quickly and they even brought two technicians into the support session to help resolve the issue.

Cons

I didn't run into any issue. The whole support process felt efficient, well organized and professional from beginning to end. Each troubleshooting step was explained clearly and the team fixed the problem without any delays, complications or setbacks. Overall, the experience went beyond what I expected.

“Reliable business value”

Pros

It's easy to work with, fairly priced and backed by helpful support. On top of that, it runs reliably and covers everyday business needs really well.

Cons

One inconvenience is that support is only available during European business hours which can be a little frustrating at times for customers based in Asia.

Pros

One thing that really stands out is the excellent support. The software is easy to use, quick to implement and, most importantly, it's reasonably priced without costing a fortune.

Cons

The only area that feels lacking is integration. Connecting it with other software and setting up workflows could be better although for what it delivers, it's still a really great product.

Sorting through the available options and pricing can take some effort at first. Once that part is settled though, you only work with what you actually need and paid for, without having to deal with unnecessary extras.

“advanced security and fast support”

Pros

Advanced security is the standout feature for me especially with how well it helps protect against attacks and hackers. The remote connector also performs really well and connects quickly. On top of that, the pricing is very cost-effective and the support team has been excellent, usually responding within just a few hours.

Cons

One downside is that if you change servers, all of the connectors have to be set up again. In our environment, where we manage around 150 connectors, that becomes very time-consuming.

“Reliable browser delivery”

Pros

Getting this set up and configured was easy and being able to deliver and run my Windows application directly in a browser was amazing.

Cons

A few parts of the documentation around uploading and downloading files weren't completely clear.

Pros

Whenever I need help, the support team responds on time and is genuinely helpful. The people behind it are efficient and the newer version updates have resolved the Windows-related issues we were dealing with.

Cons

The license management site occasionally fails to recognize previous installations and the price has gone up a little.

One thing that really stands out is how simple the product is while still being very effective. It does exactly what I need without adding any unnecessary complexity.

Really happy with this tool and the team behind it. Their support has been excellent and I especially appreciate how responsive and helpful they've been. Thanks a lot for the quick reactions and assistance.

If I had to mention anything, there was sometimes a small delay, probably just because of the jet lag ;-)

Pros

Using it has been very easy, the support team has been helpful and the performance is fast. It also offers different methods to work with and since it runs in the browser, it stays platform independent and can be used on any mobile device.

One downside is that there's no direct phone support and the security features come as add-ons that cost extra.

It does a really good job of protecting your RDP from attacks.

Not really a con but one downside is the lack of auto-updates so clients have to remember to install updates themselves. It also no longer offers localized settings which means access can only be allowed by entire country.

“Remote desktop for client work”

Pros

Remote Desktop has been a perfect fit for the kind of work we do. We need multiple access points to connect with clients and deliver our services and getting that set up through the client can often be difficult and expensive. This software has made that process far more efficient and has really improved how we support our clients.

Cons

Getting the exact plan configured the way we needed took some time at the beginning but once that was finished, everything has been running really well.

Support has been really great and it works better alongside other applications thanks to the very good assistance provided.

It was easy to use and using it day to day has been just as simple. Deployment and configuration were both hassle-free and the applications it delivers run with impressive speed and performance. On top of that, the support team has been highly satisfying and dependable.

There really wasn't anything that failed to meet our needs or expectations.

“Secure remote printing”

Pros

Getting this up and running was quick and the optional advanced security features add a lot of value to the product. It has been very reliable, receives regular updates and the virtual printer was essential for us since RDP printing can be unpredictable. Support responds quickly and handles issues efficiently and the software uses very few system resources.

Cons

One minor downside is that the website for submitting a support ticket is not very simple and can be a bit hard to locate. That said, once the ticket is submitted, the support team is very efficient.

“Affordable and feature-rich”

Pros

Compared with Citrix which we used previously, this has been much more affordable. It's easy to use and since our whole team is on Macs, the HTML5 web interface has worked really well for everyone. It also feels fully featured and the Advanced Security module has been a big plus. The 2FA support is especially important and really feels essential nowadays.

Cons

License management can be a little tough.

Great tool and compared with products like Citrix, this offers really good value for the money and the setup process is quite user-friendly.

Cons

While getting it installed on the server is fairly easy, there is not much real guidance on what needs to be done next on the client side. The Universal Printer also tends to malfunction from time to time.

“Great pricing”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is the pricing because it's really hard to find anything that competes with it at this cost. There's no need to provision a server either since the entire setup can run from a Windows 11 machine without taking on extra Windows Server or RDS CAL licensing expenses. The software itself is excellent and even a single workstation is capable of supporting around a hundred connections. If more redundancy or performance is needed, it can also scale well through load balancing.

Cons

The only thing I'd really like to see is the option to download the software from a US-based server. A lot of customers have firewall policies that restrict traffic to remain within the US so that can create issues during setup.
