“Smart features and great support”

Packed with innovative features, it made importing contacts simple and the analytics and tracking tools are easy to use. Customer support has also been proactive and consistently helpful whenever needed.

Up to this point, everything has been running without any problems. The support team has stayed helpful and proactive and I haven't run into any issues or delays so far.

“Texting features”

Pros

Running text marketing campaigns with this platform has been a really positive experience. It's very user-friendly and I've found it both reliable and affordable for mass texting. The standout part for me is the wide range of features, including some that feel genuinely unique, like Text to Screen, Email to MMS, Text to Vote and Mass Campaign, all included without extra fees. On top of that, the automation tools, convenient CRM integrations, strong delivery rates and excellent customer support make it even more valuable. Overall, it's a dependable, scalable and competitively priced solution for improving communication and increasing engagement.

Cons

It definitely offers enough features to handle the job but there's still room for improvement. The lack of AI integration and A/B testing feels like a missing piece and I'd really like to see those added in future updates.

“Messaging limits routing”

Pros

One thing that's useful is that drivers can text directly through the system and send copies of bills which helps keep communication and paperwork moving.

Cons

The downside is that it feels very generic. Since we have multiple departments, there's no clear way to tell where a message should be directed which makes routing texts difficult.

Setting up text surveys is very flexible especially when using conditional logic.

Cons

It does take a while to get comfortable with the interface and all the configuration options.

Right from setup the platform felt great and dependable. It was easy to get up and running and the technical performance stayed strong throughout. Customer Support was especially helpful during the 10DLC application process which ended up being the toughest part of the setup.

Poll results didn't function the way they were supposed to. We managed to work around it by using a mobile QR code.

“Text-to-email marketing boost”

Pros

From a marketing standpoint, this product has been amazing and has helped us a lot in promoting our own offering. The features I've enjoyed the most are Text2Email and Email 2 Text and they've been especially useful for our team.

Cons

One area that could definitely be improved is the user experience which I think could be better overall.

The software feels very user-friendly. I've used a lot of other tools before but this one feels much more comfortable to work with. It's simple to use and the customer support has also been excellent.

I haven't noticed any downsides. Using it has been a very positive experience for me.

One thing that really works well is how quickly I can see users' actual calls and check their current status.

It used to be more convenient when the calls page opened automatically right after signing in since finding calls took less effort that way.

Getting started with this software was very easy and it works well for running multiple campaigns. The standout part though, is the customer support. I'm not especially tech-savvy and their team has been incredible every time I've needed help. They reply to emails right away, dig into any issue thoroughly and even call when needed to walk you through everything step by step. I really can't recommend them enough. They never make you feel bad for getting something wrong and they're always patient and understanding.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is an improvement to the campaign setup, where you could make two selections within the same campaign or poll without being able to pick the same option twice. Aside from that, I honestly love everything about this polling software.

It was easy to use and the overall interface was simple to work with. The export options were user-friendly too which made the whole process even better.

There were moments when it slowed down a little while multiple people were using it.
