“Mixed value from word suggestions”

Pros

I really enjoyed the translation and optimization features.

Cons

Automatic single-word suggestions haven't been very useful to me since I'm usually just as fast typing the words myself or simply hitting the TAB key.

Pros

Getting the platform up and running was fast and easy which made the initial rollout simple. The team has also adopted it well because it's user-friendly and doesn't take much effort to learn.

Cons

Only thing I'd point out is that new features could maybe be released a bit faster.

Pros

Text prediction, spelling and grammar checks helped our agents work faster and produce better-quality output. The most valuable part was how it learned the terms and phrases we use most often in our project which made its text suggestions much more relevant for the team. Another big advantage is that it can integrate with almost any browser-based tool so it adapts well to projects that rely on cloud platforms.

Cons

Efficiency measurement is still based on estimates and it would be much more useful if there were a way to calculate the actual time saved.

“Helpful predictions”

Pros

A couple of things have been genuinely useful especially the predictive features and the snippet capability.

Cons

Reporting works but it still feels limited. We're trying to get our call center team to use the platform more and the current reporting makes it harder than it should be to identify specific issues. It would be much more useful with better date customization and the ability to drill down into individual user performance instead of only viewing the team as a whole. That would help us get the most value possible out of it.

The snippets have been really useful and the summarize feature saves me a lot of time. The IT team I've been working with has been excellent too.

Cons

I do wish it could learn more from our data and also work with CRM systems outside the one we use.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how well the system predicts the sentences and words we use most often in interaction records and emails to business partners. That speeds things up and cuts down the time we spend finishing written communication. The customizable Snippets are also very valuable especially for drafting repetitive emails more efficiently. It's also a big help when writing in foreign languages, correcting words that need specific accents or diaeresis and fixing typing mistakes.

Cons

At times, it suggests a full long sentence and if the agent only needs part of it, they have to insert the whole thing first and then delete the extra text until they reach the section they actually want.

Pros

Consistency across users with Snippets has been a big advantage. It saves a lot of time, the efficiency gains are noticeable, customer support has been fantastic and the integration went very smoothly.

Cons

Every now and then, the Snippets don't work the way they should and sometimes the predictions won't let you accept them.

Pros

Being a browser plugin is really convenient because it works without needing any IT integration.

Cons

The translation could still use a bit of improvement.

Right from the start, the results have been there. Our organization had a very ambitious efficiency target tied to a communication assistant and we chose this team to provide the solution. The AI model trained on the data we shared performs noticeably better and with higher accuracy than another vendor we tested using similar training data. It does exactly what it is meant to do. They are also very solution-oriented and willing to work through customizations while their support and communication with IT partners have been top notch. End users genuinely enjoy using it which has been a huge factor because we would not have reached our efficiency goals without people actually liking the tool and making full use of its features.

Cons

There really is not much to complain about. The only challenging part during our organization's AI due diligence process was collecting detailed information about data processing. It would have been better if that kind of information had been easier to access and shared more proactively from the beginning. That said, we were still able to gather everything we needed in the end and successfully implement the required functionality.

“Faster writing and time savings”

Pros

Day to day, it has become a reliable help for our clerks with their regular writing tasks. The time savings are noticeable and the effect on our time to market is significant. That benefit alone says a lot about the value of the product.

Cons

Being a browser extension is ideal for most scenarios and honestly matches how I prefer to work myself. The tradeoff is that it does not work inside native or locally installed applications. I do not see this being a major problem long term but right now plenty of people still depend on local or native apps.
